Try this to limit interruptions
Constant interruptions can affect your body and brain the way sleep deprivation does

Constant interruptions can affect your body and brain the way sleep deprivation does, causing irritability,
fatigue, and lack of ability to concentrate. Though you may not be able to eliminate interruptions,
you can limit them for yourself and your employees.
Implement a policy of giving workers—you included—at least an hour a day to work without
interruption (except in the case of genuine emergencies). People will be better able to relax and work
effectively knowing they’ll have some time to focus on priorities for part of the day.
